You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional conduct rules governing the practice of law in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Subscription fees are based on the number of users and are billed monthly or annually in advance. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time with 30 days notice.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
4.3 Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Access accounts or data belonging to other users
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate legal practice management

The Service includes AI-powered document generation features. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid only and requires professional review
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated content
- AI-generated documents do not constitute legal advice
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Law CRM Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Law CRM Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Law CRM Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export Your Data within 30 days of termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
